Last Week at ISC West, ADRM took home the 2025 Best in Managed Services award at the SIA New Product Showcase for our DEFENDER Security Management Platform! This industry recognition highlights the innovation and measurable impact DEFENDER delivers by centralizing security management for organizations.
The award capped off a milestone week for ADRM, as we exhibited with a booth at ISC West for the first time. Held at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, the show brought together thousands of security professionals from around the world. We were excited to introduce new audiences to the power of DEFENDER, connect with clients and partners, and celebrate a major step forward in ADRM’s growth.
During the show, ADRM’s team welcomed attendees to our booth throughout the event. Security professionals learned about DEFENDER's different features and how it empowers organizations to standardize, simplify, and scale their security programs across multiple sites or regions.

In addition to exhibiting on the main show floor for the first time, ADRM was also featured in the AI Discovery Zone—a spotlight area dedicated to cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications in security. Here, attendees discovered how our DEFENDER platform harnesses AI to support natural language queries, generate intelligent summaries, and enhance lifecycle management across enterprise security programs. One of the highlights was our Chief Technology Officer, Matt Isgur, joining Lee Odess for a live podcast recording in the AI Discovery Zone, where they dove into how ADRM is using AI to transform security operations.

It was exciting to get a copy of Security Systems News ISC West Edition Magazine and see Dan and Matt's interview with Cory Harris about ADRM and our development of DEFENDER!

On Wednesday, we were excited to announce our partnership with EyeOTmonitor! This collaboration will integrate EyeOTmonitor’s advanced health monitoring capabilities into ADRM’s Security Management Platform, DEFENDER, providing clients with enhanced system health monitoring and real-time change management awareness within their security ecosystems.
ADRM had a busy Thursday morning at ISC West, kicking off the day with two impactful events. President and CEO Dan O’Neill was invited to speak at Actuate’s Valuations Workshop Breakfast, where he shared valuable insights on how integrators and manufacturers can demonstrate true value by aligning physical security solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Meanwhile, ADRM team members were out on the course supporting the Mission 500 5K Fundraiser. As a chalk sponsor of the event, we had the opportunity to spray our logos along the race route. We were proud to sponsor the event and have our team join industry peers in supporting a great cause.

Throughout the week, the ADRM team met with both long-standing clients and new contacts looking to elevate their security programs. Our booth visitors had the chance to win a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Glasses by dropping their business card into a bucket which we randomly picked out of on Friday.
Thank you to everyone who visited us at our booth or in the AI Discovery zone and to everyone that we connected with during the show! We look forward to continuing the conversation and supporting your organization’s security goals in 2025 and beyond.
